New With Tag items can be returned for a full refund for 30 days from the original date of purchase. No exceptions. Once worn or otherwise tags are removed, the item will be non-returnable and therefore rejected. Credits and exceptions will be determined on an individual basis. If you would like to return an item, please email Valas Closet with the reason for your return, your request for a refund or exchange, and the tracking number for the returned item. Eligible items may be exchanged ONE TIME. If Valas Closet has made an exception to return your item for credit, send a copy of your receipt for the amount you paid for return shipping to valascloset@gmail.com and a credit for the amount paid will be applied to your account & will go towards your next purchase. The return policy of 30 days from the original date of purchase STILL APPLIES. Any credit applied to your account will be good for 6 months from the date the returned item was received.
